Brent Bowers, CEO of ZechBuysHouses LLC, built his own business from the ground up. Upon trying to transition out of the military, Brent was in search of a way to create passive income to cover his expenses when he would be released. Brent decided to get his real estate license and become an investor. In less than a year Brent made his monthly expenses in selling raw land while spending only a few hours a week on the business. Today Brent is a very extremely successful business owner, having four companies under the ZechBuysHouses brand, and mentors others to achieve the success he has.
